With Open Hearts, Inc is a non-profit operated Transitional Housing Placement Program (THP) that provides safe, supervised housing and life-skills development for non-minor dependents (NMDs).

Our mission goes beyond basic housing needs, emphasizing comfort, well-being, and self-care. We aim to empower young adults on their journey toward independence through a nurturing living experience.

Our vision is to create a safe, inclusive, and stable environment where all non-minor dependents (NMDs), regardless of background, can thrive emotionally, financially, and socially. We support residents in achieving educational goals, gainful employment, financial literacy, and essential daily life skills, connecting them to staff and a broad network of social services to ensure success.
